The agreement between you and SanatanAI.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and PujaPurohit governing your use of SanatanAI. Please read them carefully โ€” particularly Section 02 (nature of the service) and Section 11 (jurisdiction), which materially affect your rights.
Section 01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SanatanAI ("the Service"), operated by PujaPurohit (collectively "we", "us", "our"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or 13โ€“18 with verifiable parental consent, to use the Service. By using SanatanAI, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Section 02

Nature of the service โ€” AI predictions, not guarantees

SanatanAI provides AI-generated predictions, suggestions and information based on classical Vedic astrology, Lal Kitab, KP, Vastu Shastra and related texts. All outputs are produced by artificial intelligence models and are intended for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee, warranty or representation of any kind โ€” express or implied โ€” regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or outcome of any prediction, remedy, ritual recommendation, muhurat, vastu suggestion or other content generated by the Service.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • โ—†All predictions are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong.
  • โ—†Astrological readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship advice.
  • โ—†We do not guarantee any specific event, outcome, timing, marriage, career growth, financial gain, child-birth, recovery from illness, or fulfillment of any wish.
  • โ—†Remedies, mantras, upayas and rituals are presented as traditional cultural practices and are not promised to produce any particular result.
  • โ—†You will not make any major life, medical, legal, financial or relationship decision based solely on output from the Service.
  • โ—†No claim โ€” civil, criminal, consumer, statutory or otherwise โ€” can be made against us, our directors, employees, contractors, advisers or sub-processors based on the accuracy or outcome of any AI-generated content.
In plain language
This is an AI tool that draws on Sanatani traditions. Treat it the way you would treat a knowledgeable friend who reads the shastras โ€” useful, often insightful, sometimes wrong, never legally accountable for what life decisions you make.
Section 03

User accounts & responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • โ—†Providing accurate birth details. Inaccurate input will produce inaccurate output.
  • โ—†Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • โ—†All activity that occurs under your account.
  • โ—†Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • โ—†Complying with all applicable laws while using the Service.
Section 04

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • โ—†Cause harm, harassment or distress to any person.
  • โ—†Make decisions of religious incitement, communal hatred, or discrimination.
  • โ—†Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service.
  • โ—†Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service output without written permission.
  • โ—†Upload illegal, obscene, infringing or malicious content.
  • โ—†Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • โ—†Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or security measures.
Section 05

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay. Prices include applicable GST. By subscribing you authorize automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel from your account settings at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Section 06

Intellectual property

The Service โ€” including software, models, design, branding, logos, motifs, and curated text โ€” is the property of PujaPurohit and protected under Indian and international IP laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (birth details, photos, questions). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Service in line with our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated outputs in your account are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Classical scripture quotations remain in the public domain.

Section 07

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Section 08

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PUJAPUROHIT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, ADVISERS, AGENTS OR SUB-PROCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES โ€” INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, OPPORTUNITIES, RELATIONSHIPS, GOODWILL, OR DATA โ€” ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR โ‚น500, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

Section 09

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PujaPurohit and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Section 10

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, the Service or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions concerning IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and jurisdiction survive.

Section 11

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Exclusive jurisdiction โ€” Gurugram, Haryana
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, or the Service โ€” whether contractual, tortious, statutory or otherwise โ€” shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India. By using the Service you irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection on grounds of venue or forum non conveniens.

Before initiating litigation, parties shall make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute amicably for at least 30 days from the date written notice of the dispute is delivered to the other party.

Section 12

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
