This Refund Policy explains when SanatanAI subscriptions are refundable, how to request a refund, and how long it takes to receive your money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Section 01

Our refund philosophy

We want you to feel confident trying SanatanAI. The Free plan exists precisely so you can test the agents before paying. If you do subscribe and find the Service is not for you, the rules below explain when and how you can get your money back.

Quick summary
7-day refund window for first-time subscribers who have used fewer than 3 chats. Pro-rata refund for billing errors. No refunds for usage-based consumption or partial months.
Section 02

First-week refund (new subscribers only)

If you are a first-time paid subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment, provided you have used fewer than 3 chats on your subscription. This applies once per user, across any plan (Go, Basic, Premium).

  • β—†Usage cap: fewer than 3 chats consumed during the window.
  • β—†Eligibility: first paid subscription only.
  • β—†Processing time: 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Section 03

When refunds are NOT available

To keep pricing fair for everyone, refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • β—†After the 7-day window has elapsed.
  • β—†Once you have used 5 or more chats on the subscription.
  • β—†For renewal payments (only the first paid period qualifies).
  • β—†For partial-month or partial-year cancellations β€” you keep access until the period ends.
  • β—†For dissatisfaction with AI-generated predictions, remedies, or muhurat β€” outputs are AI-generated and not guaranteed (see Terms Β§ 02).
  • β—†Where a chargeback has already been initiated with your bank or card issuer.
  • β—†Where the account has been suspended for breach of Terms.
Section 04

Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you were charged in error β€” duplicate transaction, wrong plan, failed service delivery β€” please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. After verification we will refund the disputed amount in full, typically within 5 business days. No usage cap applies to refunds for verified billing errors.

Section 05

How to request a refund

Send an email from the address registered on your account to contact@pujapurohit.in with:

  • β—†Subject line: "Refund request β€” [your registered email]"
  • β—†Razorpay transaction ID or order ID (visible in your account β†’ Billing).
  • β—†Reason for the refund request (one or two sentences is fine).
  • β—†Whether you wish to also delete your account.

You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days and a final decision within 7 business days.

Section 06

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are reversed via Razorpay to the original payment instrument used:

  • β—†UPI: 1–3 business days.
  • β—†Credit / debit card: 5–10 business days, depending on issuing bank.
  • β—†Net banking: 3–7 business days.
  • β—†International cards: up to 14 business days.

We are unable to issue refunds to a different account or instrument. If your original payment method is closed, please contact your bank for guidance on receiving the reversal.

Section 07

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals β€” it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan's benefits until the period ends, after which the account moves back to the Free tier. Your chat history and saved kundali are preserved unless you choose to delete the account.

Section 08

AI predictions are not eligible for refund

Please note
As stated in our Terms of Service, all SanatanAI output is AI-generated and provided for informational and educational purposes. Disagreement with, or non-fulfilment of, a prediction, remedy, muhurat or vastu suggestion does not constitute grounds for a refund. We make no warranty of accuracy or outcome.
Section 09

Governing law & disputes

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and forms part of our Terms of Service. Any dispute concerning a refund decision shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India. Before initiating any legal action, parties shall attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days from the date written notice is delivered.
